We recommend that you have three years of historical data before initiating employees on the Employee Incentive Program. The data you collect will depend on the performances that you choose.

Yes, our Employee Incentive Program can be customized to fit your organizational structure. For your convenience, we have preset the software program with the most common performances for the ready-mix concrete producer including: cubic yards sold, yards per hour, truck utilization, on-time orders and correct slump.
