David Weber
In 1982, David E. Weber started into the ready-mix concrete, aggregate supply & asphalt paving industry with a shovel in his hands. Twenty years later, his hands were full as a key player in merging two of Central Oregon’s largest and most successful construction materials companies. Dave’s succession from laborer to General Manager has taken him through every facet of the industry; his professional resume is inundated with awards and recognition for successfully managing the unique and challenging projects that have become the hallmark of his career. Whether establishing a new ready-mix concrete division or overseeing the final details of a multi-million dollar merger, Dave’s reputation for efficiency and excellence has earned the trust and respect of industry leaders. The current environment of industry consolidation has created a need to streamline operations and maximize profitability. Todd R. Wilkins
Born and raised in the Midwest, Todd graduated from the University of Iowa and served in the Peace Corps before joining Northwestern States Portland Cement Company where he worked summers during college. After sales and management positions there, he continued his career in marketing and subsequently General Management at Columbia Cement, Scancem Industries, and Cemex. |
